Day 55 - The OfficeFebruary 25, 2012
Went in VMRF at 8am to finish all the work that Dr. Ayers needed for the end of the day
I kept at it nonstop and got done inputting the data by noon and all that was left was to check and recheck and then check all the data. Glad Yasmeen was there to help towards the end.
I left at 6:30pm. Freedom…for now, unless Dr. Ayers calls me over the weekend. Learning experience for everyone in the lab - make sure there’s no miscommunications and a new system must be made for a whole bunch of stuff in the lab.
Got home and packed then headed home.
Bought a california burrito at Asadas before going home and was sooo excited to eat it. It smelled so good in the car, then I remembered it was Friday and I am not supposed to eat meat. Tragic. I realized that I had already ate meat today when I ate my sandwich for lunch, but I wasn’t aware of it at that time. Called Alexis to give it to her, but no answer. Oh well, we both missed out on a good burrito. I just went home and ate the tortilla and fries, putting the meat aside. Luckily, parents came back with some food.
