Day 46 - How are you really feeling?
February 15, 2012
- This morning I had a choice between plyometrics and core synergistics for our workout. I had no idea what each entails, but chose plyometrics because I thought it would be easier than core workouts for some reason. Wooo that got my heart pumping!
- VA in the morning to prepare for packet training later in the evening.
- Went back home to eat lunch. Feels more convenient to be able to have a car up here.
- As I went to campus, the shuttle driver asked for IDs and I told him I lost my ID. He did a lil scoff, shook his head, and told me I had to bring it next time. What the…did he not hear that I lost my ID? It will be ridiculous if I am denied transportation simply because I do not have a student ID. Clearly I am a student, what else am I gonna do holding a laptop and wearing a backpack? Not like I’m trying to get a ride to the stores.
- Attempted to get my paper done, but no luck finding a spot in my usual place in Geisel and headed to CCC to end up sleeping in the cross library.
- Headed back to Geisel and found a good spot and was able to start typing it out. Suddenly, I realized that time was running because I had to meet up with the RAs to train them.
- Training went well and got things done. Stayed longer than expected. Shouldn’t had training today since I had to write up my paper.
- Going back to campus I didn’t realize KP GBM was going on tonight. Stayed for a bit and then Joy and I headed to Geisel. Actually got a lot done within that hour and a half.
- Practicum went better than expected. Who keeps on taking the crisis intervention handouts? Definitely see a lot of growth, understanding, and all that good stuff with the PCs.
- Shuttle ride back home with these cool kids.
